Terms & Conditions of Quotation

1. Validity
   This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Pricing
   All prices are quoted in Botswana Pula (BWP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice if the quotation expires or if there are significant changes in supplier pricing, taxes, or exchange rates.
3. Payment Terms
   • A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   • The remaining balance is payable prior to delivery or collection.
   • Goods remain the property of Bonanza Catering Equipment until payment has been received in full.
4. Delivery & Installation
   • Standard delivery lead time is 7 working days from receipt of deposit or full payment.
   • Delivery is subject to stock availability and location.
   • Installation services are not included / included where specified. Any special delivery or installation requirements may incur additional charges.
5. Warranties
   • All equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated.
   • The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and excludes damage due to misuse, power surges, negligence, or improper maintenance.
   • Warranty support may be subject to supplier or manufacturer terms and approval.
6. Returns & Refunds
   • No returns or refunds are accepted without prior written approval.
   • Items returned due to client error may incur a restocking fee of 30%.
   • Custom, made-to-order, or special import items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
7. Order Cancellation
   • Confirmed orders cancelled by the customer may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative, restocking, or supplier charges.
   • Deposits on custom or special orders are non-refundable once procurement has commenced.
8. Limitation of Liability
   • Bonanza Catering Equipment shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use, malfunction, or failure of equipment.
   • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability of equipment for its intended use.
9. Force Majeure
   • We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver goods due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier delays, or acts of government.
10. Governing Law
    This quotation and any related transactions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana.
